According to a thread on Samut Prakan United's official message board, 'The Red Devils' beat Thai Port by two goals to one at SPK Stadium, Samut Prakan. Thai Port opened the scoring with a goal from one of the trialists (number 37), but the hosts netted either side of the break to secure the win.
From the look of things, several trialists were given the chance to stake their claim for a contract during the second-half. Port stalwart Ittipol Nonsiri was also amongst the substitutes. It had been rumoured that he'd left the club to join Samut Songkhram.
