Port old boy set to return?

Ex-Thai Port left-back Pongpipat Kamnuan is being strongly linked with a move to PAT Stadium. The 28-year-old Port Authority of Thailand employee has reportedly been training with the club, with a view to rejoining in the near future. Port fans have already given him a warm 'welcome back' on facebook.

'M' spent the 2011 season at Samat Songkhram after several years as a Port player - including a successful stint with Port Authority's futsal team. During that time, he was part of the Thailand national team squad that won the 2003 ASEAN Futsal Championship in Kuantan, Malaysia.

Pongpipat's has also tasted glory with Port in the eleven-a-side game. He played all 120 minutes of the 2009 FA Cup Final against BEC Tero, although he wasn't needed for the penalty shootout (which we won 5-4). Furthermore, he started 7 out of 11 fixtures during our victorious League Cup run in 2010, but missed the final vs Buriram PEA due to suspension.

    Does he will play top form like stay in Thai Port FC in 2009-2010 ?

  2. I hope so! He played very well during the 2009 & 2010 season. I'd love it if we could get Rangsan to come back, too.
